Create Priority Levels
Priorities determine which location is mined first when multiple locations are available and quality or material ratio targets have not been defined.
- In the Setup Schedule > Precedences tab, select the Development Priorities or Production Priorities tab.
- Click the Define the number of Priority levels icon.
- Click the Insert icon.
- Repeat step 3 until you have created as many priority levels as you require for the scenario.
- Click Apply.
- If you want to change the name of any of the additional priority columns, click in the Name column and type the new name.
- If you want to change the order of the priority levels, use the Move up and Move down icons to reposition the priority levels in the data grid.
- If the Move up and Move down icons are not available, click Apply on the Priority Levels form and they will become available.
- Click OK.
The Priority Levels form appears, with one row named Priority.
Note: You cannot change the name of the first priority level, Priority.
A new row appears in the Priority levels data grid, named Priority_2.
Note: You can rename second and subsequent priorities.
The additional priority columns appear in the Initial production priorities data grid.
The Priority Levels form closes and any changes you have made to the names of the additional priority columns are reflected in the Initial production priorities data grid.
